After lots of research, I chose Volcano Pools to update my existing pool. They did an amazing job! It looks beautiful. The owners communicated with me often, and the crew was always on time. The project was completed by the agreed deadline. They are honest, trustworthy, have and awesome reputation and are just downright nice people. Overall great experience. I would highly recommend Volcano Pools!
I had three pool building companies come to discuss the vision I had for my pool and give me a quote. When Volcano Pools came, he spent almost four hours of his time listening to me and designing my pool on his laptop so I had the 3D model in front of me before I even signed a contract. It was estimated that the pool would take 2-3 months. 6 weeks later we are swimming and love our pool and investment. One of the owners, Eric or Lee, were on site almost every single day throughout the build. They are very responsive via text/phone call as well. I have never, doubted or regretted my choice to go with Volcano.
My family is so happy with our Volcano Pools dream pool! They moved through the construction phases very quickly, communicated well through the process and cut no corners with quality craftsmanship. Our backyard has been transformed from a yard we never used to a beautiful, inviting outdoor living space that makes entertaining family and guests so much easier and way more fun! I recommend Volcano Pools to anyone searching for a higher-end contractor to get the job done right and quickly.
We got 5 different pool quotes and went back and forth for months before deciding on Volcano Pools. Lee and his partner Eric not only design and give quotes, but they are present throughout the entire job. Most companies have a sales person and then you never see them again. Not only that, but the sub-contractors that they employ genuinely like working for them! The only delay we had throughout the whole thing was we had to wait a couple days to plaster due to below average temperatures. Most companies would have just done it to get it done, but Lee explained the plaster could potentially crack since it was below 40° at night. I have met with over ten different pool contractors. I came across Volcano Pools when I observed a pool under construction in my neighborhood. I was still hesitant to meet due to the poor experiences of the previous contractors. A fellow colleague told me he just finished his pool and the Volcano team was amazing. I set up my appointment with Lee and he arrived at my residence in a timely manner. I am very meticulous when it comes to details and craftsmanship. I already knew what I wanted so the entire encounter was minimal. Lee and Eric exceeded my expectations. They are extremely amazing to work with. I had questions as well as different scenarios to run by them and they were superb. I felt I was their most important and most attractive client they ever had and they treated my family like utter royalty. I will recommend Volcano Pools to all of my family, friends and co workers to the end of time.
We met with several pool contractors and received quotes. Lee and Eric worked with us, I had an idea and they are making it a reality. We have a large backyard and we are on a budget. We originally wanted a 20’x40′ pool, no spa, and simple. Our children are in college, so just the wife and our dog’s. We are very pleased with everything that has been done. The permitting process here in RPB can be an issue, but Eric dealt with everything. They started digging on 8/15/19 and we should start filling the pool on Saturday, with missing a week with the threat of Dorian. We will have a completed 15’x35′ pool in less than 2 months, minus the permitting.
